The Consultation Process
  • To ensure you get the best out of our products, all refund requests under the “Results Guarantee” require a mandatory digital consultation with our Hair Care Experts to verify correct usage.
  • If satisfaction is not reached after the consultation, a return may be authorized.


Returns & Fees
  • Environmental Processing Fee: All satisfaction-based refunds are subject to a 15% Environmental Processing Fee, which covers the disposal and recycling of used extension bags.
  • Return Logistics: The customer is responsible for return shipping and logistics. We do not provide prepaid return labels for satisfaction claims.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final amount.


Cancellations & Damage
  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they enter the “Processing” stage in our warehouse. Once processing has begun, the order cannot be halted.
  • Damage: Reports of damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Verified cases will receive a Priority Reshipment.

  • Items bought on sale or during promotional events are not eligible for the 30-Day Results Guarantee and are considered Final Sale.
