RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At ThatHair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.
Returns Due to Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
If you received the wrong product, a damaged item due to the carrier, or a defective product, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact Us – Email us at support@thathair.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, photos and a video.
2. Return Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
3. Request a Return Label – Once your return is approved, we will send you a downloadable return label via email. Please contact support@thathair.co to request it.
4. Processing Your Return – Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.
Additional Notes:
• Returns for defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• A return label is not included in the original shipment. Customers must request it via support, and we will provide it at no cost.
• We do not charge a restocking fee for defective or incorrect products.
• Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• If a replacement is preferred, we will ship the new item at no extra cost.
Returns Due to Customer Remorse (Wrong Product Ordered, Size Issue, or Changed Mind)
If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

2. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for customer remorse returns.
3. Return Condition – The product must be unused and in its original packaging
4. Processing Your Return – Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy
We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and flexible. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible using the same email address associated with your purchase.
• Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund immediately.
• After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you can still cancel it. Once you receive the items, please return them to us, and we will issue a refund once the returned items are processed at our warehouse.

If you're not satisfied with the results, we'll give you a refund within 30 days upon delivery and receipt of order.
To initiate a refund, please read the instructions below:
- Email support@thathair.co with your order number and reason/s for refund. If the product is defective, kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defective item you got.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval.
