It might feel a bit unusual in the beginning but you’ll start to feel more comfortable the more you wear it, and the more times you check yourself out in the mirror, phone, or reflection of the shop window.

Our halos are non-invasive or damaging, so you’ll feel almost as natural as if it was your own hair. Though wearing it is a new sensation, so yes, you might feel a little odd. But that sensation will pass in 10-15 minutes. And you’ll become more used to it and comfortable with it over time.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@thathair.co within 30 days of delivery and provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will review your request and approve your return, after which you may ship the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and unused condition, and include your order number and shipping name in the return package to help us quickly process your return.
